Mike Berry began his Employee Benefits career in 1999 and joined Aldrich Benefits in October 2019. Prior to joining Aldrich, Mike spent 20 years working as an employee benefits consultant at Mercer Health & Benefits. More recently, he was working as an employee benefits practice leader for a Las Vegas based firm where he focused on the implementation of strategies, processes, and procedures for the practice.
Mike works closely with clients in all business sectors with an emphasis on health care organizations, public entities, tribal employers, entertainment and hospitality, and professional service organizations. Mike is dedicated to creating actionable plans to develop, implement, and refine innovative employer health and welfare strategies for his clients.
Mike has served on numerous insurance carrier advisory boards and client employee benefits committees. He also currently serves as a volunteer Lieutenant/firefighter at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue and has volunteered with multiple Portland area charities.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Oregon State University.
