Why We Give Back

Enhancing the communities in which we live and work

Over the years, our community involvement with nonprofit organizations includes sponsorship, participation in events, volunteering as Board and Committee members, and providing direct financial support.

We integrate philanthropy into the fabric of our business. It’s who we are at the core of our organization.

Our philosophy on giving back stems from our commitment to enhance the communities in which we live and work.  We encourage our people to participate in community service.

Annually, we sponsor the Aldrich Community Service Day where each of our geographic locations volunteers together at a designated nonprofit.  In addition, Aldrich strongly encourages our people to volunteer in their communities during the work day through the Aldrich for Education Program.  This program allows and encourages our people to volunteer for 16.0 hours of paid time off at an education related nonprofit organization of their choice during the year.

A few of the organizations that are supported by Aldrich include:

  • Catholic Charities
  • Special Olympics
  • Foundation for Women
